I got it done.  I'll save machine sewing it down until tomorrow.  A still small voice is telling me that I would have problems if I tried it tonight.  And I really don't need to push it.

That is good enough for now, Tammy. You are doing well. Do you know where this one may go?

considering it's only about 40 inches square it will probably go to the hospital for babies to go home with.  Even though it isn't in baby colors.

The binding job is awful.  Even waiting until this morning didn't help.

I took the pins out and redid the corners and repinned it.  I've got two sides hand sewn which I think is more than I have ever done in one evening.  So yeah!  I may get it done and the label on by wednesday.  That would be great even if I have to take some out and redo it after the business meeting on friday.  I don't ever want a project of mine to come under discussion at lunch at the queen bee meeting.   I don't think my fragile ego could take it.

Binding is done and the label is sewn on and I even got it washed and dried last night.  So now all i have to do is take a picture and #10 - peek-a-boo is done.

Thank you.

#11 Charity Quilt - Diamond in a Square is going to wait until after the blooming nine patch.  But at least it is sandwiched.

I guess the charity blocks should be under this topic.  I managed to get them all starched and now they are in the bag to go to queen bee's.

Charity Quilt # 12 - Fall nine patch -  I didn't have much to do on this one.  Marilyn showed me how to do a hemmed quilt.  I'm not very good at top stitching yet.  But it did get done and then I hand appliqued the label which was small.  Then I tried my hand at thread painting and made to small leaves to cover to small holes.  I'll stitch them on and then this quilt will be ready to go where ever it is wanted.

it's done the basting is removed and it is washed and dried.  So it is ready for its new owner.  It's a pretty quilt I should try to get a picture while I have it here.

Sorry the pictures still aren't to good.  I'll try them over in photobucket.

I don't know if this will make any difference to the picture.

Can you see that.

#11 Charity Quilt:  Diamond in a square is on the machine.  I'm doing stitch in the ditch to secure it.  I'm not sure what will come after that, if anything.  I'm 1/4 finished.
