I'm planning on the stouffer's fried chicken.  But it will depend on my stomach it may be more clear liquids.

I'm still sticking to mostly salads and humus and  sandwiches and such here. With occasional forays into hot foods when the weather permits.

Stouffer's meatloaf last night.  I added buttered carrots to the entree.  I need to be doing more veggies.

Stouffer's chicken breast.  I got out a marinated pork loin but wasn't up to setting the oven timer.  I'm pooped.

I made a pasta and meatball dish yesterday and I have at least two more meals of it.

We had marinated pork loin on Sat. Tonight we had a beef roast cooked in the crock all day with taters & carrots (I cooked it. lol). Yumm.

I have some boneless chicken breast.  Last night I cooked them in caramelized onions yum.  Not sure what I'll do tonight.  Probably something with garlic.

That sounds good to me.  I'd love to go out for steak again but the budget won't allow it.

I had chicken last night.  I don't have any idea how i cooked it so it didn't make much of an impression.

Taco Salad does sound good.  But I'm feeling lazy so it will be stouffer's again tonight.  So easy and fits into my healthy eating.

I did the stouffer's stuffed bell pepper.  The pepper had not been parboiled prior to stuffing so it was tough.

Krys made stuffed shells for dinner on Sunday and we had the leftovers for dinner tonight. Pretty good stuff.
