Organizing the kitchen
« on: Oct 29, 2016, 07:19:50 AM »
Are kitchens ever large enough?

I've added shelves, and hung hooks, assembled extra shelves and put in cabinet steps in an effort to organize my kitchen and still some areas are just a mess.

I went looking for an apple corer that I thought I had and found out I didn't and that my baking drawer is a shambles. I also found out that the box that I thought was a decorator set is actually a press cookie set.  So I need to organize a bunch of cookie cutters so they aren't taking over the drawer.  Do you have a way you deal with this?

I've long given up on organizing my kitchen. Just keeping things clean is my goal.

For me, one helps with the other.  I do better cleaning if everything is organized.

Well I hung up the cookie cutters on pins on the wall near the stove.  I couldn't hang them all because some are too heavy and I've lost at least one.  How does one lose a cookie cutter?  But at least now I can see what is in the drawer.
