 hi

1 lb of hamburger
2 small onions diced
1 1/2 cup celery diced
2 large or 3 small cloves of garlic minced
1 bell pepper diced
1 28 oz can of crushed tomatoes
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 beef bullion cube
1tsp salt (optional)
1 tsp Italian seasoning

Brown HB in a pan. Drain add onions and garlic.. cook till onions are clear.
Add the rest of the ingrediants till well blended in flavor..
If you wish to can fill hot sterile jars with one inch head space... remove air bubbles place lids on..
Place in Pressure Cooker
Vent Steam for 10 minutes and put on the lock!! Process at 10 lbs of pressure for 60 mins pint  or 70 mins for quarts!!
