That sounds good, Penny! I LOVE steak. I love chicken, too but am on chicken overload right now. I am thinking breakfast for dinner tonight. Either a breakfast casserole or eggs, pork chops, biscuits. I love breakfast for dinner.

I brought out ribs to defrost but someone put them back in the freezer. I guess he wasn't in the mood for ribs. I think we'll just have mac n' cheese and a big salad.

I am going to post the recipe for them here in a bit.  Basically it is pork in a kinda sweet sauce, wrapped up in bread and steamed.  Good stuff!

Well, last night, I had fried Tilapa, stewed tomatoes, buttered egg noodles, and fresh asparagus with a lemon butter sauce.  It was so good!   Wink

Since the weather has turned a little nippy here, I decided to make a big pot of my homemade vegetable soup with lots of beef in it.  I've already been to the bakery shop and picked up a loaf of their Crusty Cream Bread to serve with it.  Well, I guess this is one advantage of having cooler weather because I've been hungry for this for several months, and it's just not something I make when it's warm. smileyNo

I have a beef round roast in the oven. I will either roast some potatoes or just bake them. I will have some carrots added to the roast soon. I have fresh tomatoes from a neighbor to slice up with this meal. I'm out of salad greens. I have plans for the leftovers from this roast as well.
