i found it, I found it.... it was called double devonshire cream I know it as clotted cream and Scott says her grandma called it clabbered cream. What it is is a great alternative to butter. It is at the fresh market here. I served it with blueberry muffins at the applique group. My muffins could have been better i forgot the lemon zest. just one of many mistakes this morning while preparing them.

a little flat really. Blueberries need a helping hand in the flavor department. That's just me the older i get the less flavor things have.
