This (http://www.wsmv.com/story/14945587/teens-summer-prank-injures-franklin-man?redirected=true) happened in Jim's brother's neighborhood yesterday. Very scary to think that teenages are making bombs and using them for pranks...

Oh dear.  I just don't know what to say to that. Its sad that kids would do that.
