Title: If your high speed connection starts to run slow

For those of you that have roadrunner internet service or some other type of high speed internet, if it starts to run slow for no reason just unplug the cable modem and leave it unplugged for approx. 2.5 minutes.  This gives it time to reset.  I have had this problem several times with my connection and that fixes the problem every time.  Make sure you leave it unplugged for at least the 2.5 minutes to give it time to reset.  If you plug it in before that it might not reset.
