As requested, a thread dedicated to Lumpia...
Triss' Lumpia
Hamburger
Finely chopped onion, garlic, carrots, and water chestnuts.
A pinch of ginger and a pinch of white pepper.
A bunch of soy sauce
Egg roll wrappers, cut in half.
Yep, that is how I measure. I think I used 2-3 lbs of hamburger this time around.
Mix all of the stuff together and put it in the egg roll wrapper, seal with a bit of water finger brushed on the edged. Place on a parchment paper lines cookie sheet and bake at 350 for about 40 minutes. Dip in sour cream.
