Good to know that things are progressing even if a bit slow right now.  Glad Dianna "bumped" this topic to get it back to the top.

We looked for almost a year.  I put my house on the market and it sold in 2 weeks so after that I was very motivated to find something.  I had a 80 mile drive one way to work and we had my furniture and Dianna's in a small house in Summerville, SC. 

Good luck on finding that piece of land.  You'll know when you see it, so just keep looking.
