Triss' Mystery flower #1 [Solved]: Lupine

This one is at my FIL's house.  The stems and leaves look a lot like sheffelera but I am not sure what the plant is though it looks VERY familiar.

Tina:
It is lupine, Triss. I don't know which one. There are bunches of cousins out there.
