We had tacos.

I threw a couple of sausage patties and hash brown patties in the oven and called it dinner. Fairly quick and super easy. Same thing I had for breakfast. :grinnnn: Note I also had no veggies.  :giggle:
Dear Lord, On this day, please wrap your arm around my shoulder and keep your hand over my mouth.  Amen

No veggies for us either unless you count the salsa.

I had 2 baked potatoes with butter. Does that count as a veggie?

Looks like a veggie and dairy to me...

Dianna, you've got to stop giving me taco cravings in the middle of the paycheck.  Why not try doing it when I am making the grocery list instead??   :dunno:

I am having pulled beef, and a bean salad tonight. Before delivering the rest to funeral moochers. (Jiminy! I hope they aren't reading this!) Jonni and I also donated 1/3 of the funeral costs.

We went out to lunch after church so will probably eat cereal or a peanut butter sandwich for dinner.

Tina, who are you donating too?  And why?

I am sure the family appreciates it Tina.

Tonight we are having minestrone soup.  Making use of some leftover beef and adding everything to it but the kitchen sink.  Smells good already.

Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta is on the menu for this evening.

Triss, doesn't minestrone have peas in it??

Mine doesn't.  I added in kidney beans, green beans, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, carrots, potatoes and pasta to a beef base.  I have to say though I am seriously disappointed in it.  It ended up with a very sour taste and I do not know how to get rid of that.  The sour really takes away from the richness it usually has.  I think it had to do with the beef I started with as the mixture I had was one that was had wine in the broth and it was on its own a bit sour.

I'm going to bake a hen today and probably have potatoes of some sort as a side dish.  I like chicken salad so I'll make that with the left overs.

BBQ beef on rolls, 4-bean salad, and a green salad. Strawberry or blueberry pie to finish. And maybe whatever else shows up at today's potluck.  I love potlucks.

I am still not sure what I'm making tonight.  I thought I'd make chili dogs but I've had chili every day since friday or thursday or whenever it was I made chili and I'm not sure I could take another bite of the stuff...

We're having pancakes and bacon for dinner.  If only I had blueberries!!

I just posted my dinner somewhere.  Evidentially not in the right spot though.

Baked chicken, slaw, potatoes.

We had to go buy groceries tonight, so we went out to eat at Cracker Barrel. Tonight was their fried pork chop special and that is what Jim had. I had fried catfish. :licklips:

We ate at Cracker Barrel first, Sheri. Then we went to buy groceries on full stomachs. Tends to help us cut down on junk food... :giggle:

The freezer is full, but I don't know what I want for supper tonight... ::)
