Yesterday there was real brief spout of freezing rain, then some sleet, freezing rain and sleet, then turned to all snow, none of the 3 didn't amount to much.

Currently sunny 35°F and windy, not as windy, wind is dying off very slowly.

it's 44 now, with an estimated low of 29 tonight. that is up from the original forecast of 27. but the windchill is supposed to get down to the teens

i don't like winter. not even one bit.

We are supposed to have a hard freeze tonight. Last time they said that, it didn't happen. But I went out and made sure the well was covered good and the light is on.

they've adjusted our forecast back down to 27.

Ahh yes, the kids, that's why I haven't. The job I could transfer if and when an opening came up. That's the beauty of a state job.

Expecting to have blizzard conditions tonight, cloudy, 32°F and windy (not strong winds). Will see how that goes.

They (weather people) may be right about the blizzard, its nearly one now, temp dropped to 28, still kinda windy, snowing pretty good, may be 1/2 inch so far, its really hard to tell.

34 right now, clear and dropping but supposed to level out around 30. then the rain is to come in. and we already have flood warnings in effect due to the rivers being high from rain/snow mix north west of us.

We froze last night. Tonight we are to only get to 38°. We have rain coming in tomorrow afternoon. There will be more flooding I'm sure. The Choctawhatchee River through Walton County has yet to drop below flood stage. More rain will not be welcomed.

And all of your weather and flooding has made it into our local news as well. Everyone head for high ground.
It is 49 outside my back door right now with some clouds moving in. They are not supposed to be giving us much in the way of rain. And it is a comfy 64 in this room. I'm having fun with my new digi thermometer.

It is 28° here and supposed to get down to 25°. I am freezing!

We have rain supposed to come in tomorrow night and be here until Thursday afternoon. I hope it warms up. I sure don't want to see any snow or ice...

It is 38° here and supposed to get up to 52. Our low tonight will be 37°. A full ten degrees higher than last night...

Right now it's 36° with a wind chill of 32°. Our low last night was 26° with a wind chill of 21°.

They are saying that January looks to be about 15° colder than normal and it's entirely possible that we will see some winter weather in South Carolina in 2010.

Thawing, warmed to 39, no wind either. There is at least 3 inches of snow to become a sloppy mess, at least there isn't much.

48* outside right now and 58* inside. I slept through and let the fires burn too low. I have stuffed them and it will warm up in here again soon.

We had about .25 inches of rain last night. It started about midnight and was still raining, slow and steady when I went to bed.
