This is a form of pitcher plant Native to northern California and Oregon mountains. Got them at Lowe's paid too much but all others were dead so if they live it will be worth it.

Notice the tongue in this shot . There are only two plants this is a closeup trying to get a good tongue shot. (That doesn't even sound right :D)
