I'm going to have a banquet pot pie and watch figure skating.

Jessica, what are Mississippi potatoes... :ScratchHead:

I can't even think about supper when I haven't had breakfast yet, Penny... :giggle:

I make these in my crockpot and use frozen diced hash browns. They are delicious and even if they overcook to almost mashed they remain delicious. I just call them loaded potatoes.

They were really good.  We have lots of leftovers too.  I will definitely make them again.  Frozen diced hashbrowns sounds like a good idea to me!!

Jessica, I posted mine but I haven't tried it.  I completely spaced getting the crock pot going this morning.  So we'll be having them tomorrow night instead.  Tonight it's biscuits and gravy.

I had sausage and egg scramble for dinner.  I also made a breakfast casserole for quick breakfasts before work. It's cooling now. I have to quit stopping at Sonic every morning. Can't afford to keep doing that!

I know, I make a lot of PW recipes.  But actually, it is from the Tasty Kitchen site...which if you haven't checked it out, I recommend you do.  PW started the site and her recipes are on there but anybody can submit recipes there.  This one happens to be someone else's.

You had a yummy dinner, Dianna.
