I made some chicken, brown rice, and peas.  Wanted to keep it simple and easy tonight.  No leftovers so the plan was a success.

I have a ham in the oven (finally).

Now I am craving ham... :licklips:

Tonight is more than likely leftovers.  Tomorrow I am planning on making enchiladas with the leftover roast.

I make a big enough roast just so I can have leftovers to make enchiladas.  :good2:

They are really good and easy.  I am not a big roast eater. I just make it so I can make these. :giggle: I maybe had 3 bites of roast last night.

Looks like we are having salad for supper tonight. With all the mess with getting the hot water heater installed off and on through the day, I didn't cook...

I didn't feel like leftover roast so I am having a modified grilled cheese.

I ate too much salad at lunch (Caesar with grilled chicken) so I just had a cherry turnover for dinner.

I was thinking chicken tonight too. Never had curried anything. Don't know what it even tastes like. Not sure how I want to cook mine......

We LOVE curried chicken here, curry is used in Indian food, it can be spicy but you can always cut back on the curry powder itself.......Indian food is really good.
