I measured the yogurt with a measuring cup.  Not sure about the V8 but it was just a few swallows.  I don't usually eat in the morning.  Just drink Pepsi.

I didn't use to eat breakfast, but I noticed when I do I sure feel better.

If you usually have caffine, be sure to find some in some form before you get a headache.

Yes, better breakfasts.  I will admit that I very rarely eat breakfast.  I need things that I can have made ahead of time and take on the go because I just don't leave enough time in the morning to eat before I leave for work.  I would like to see what you have to say about breakfast. :good2:

sarah, i discovered that when i was in college the third or fourth time.  i had to eat.  and since i got sick, i can't function if i don't.  i can skip dinner all week long, but breakfast is a must.  and you are right about the caffeine too.  another must.  just small amounts will prevent a caffeine headache.  like a piece or two of chocolate.

and, i am also interested in the breakfast ideas.  since i have to eat it anyway.  but i really need breakfast on the go ideas.
