Beautiful dog. We has a very large dog once that thought she could be a lap dog too. They just don't seem to know the limits of their size. Whether they are large are small. lol.

yes.  you can see the spot on his back.  that is where he had it chewed open the other night.  i'm glad it was looking good in that picture.  and no, his eyes don't glow that way.  not all the time.  although, they are cloudy from cataracts.  no matter what is daddy says.

yes, dianna, he is purebred.  bought with the idea of using him as a stud dog, but never happened.  he's nearly 11 now.  way old for a purebred lab.  but he still wants to be a puppy.  he is a sweetheart.

Heck, My great dane was a lap dog. Only a part could fit on a lap at a time though so his front paws were often standing on the floor while his back end perched. It was funny and not allowed. even just his back end was heavy.

I agree.  If we got a big dog, James would want a black lab.  I said no.   They are nice dogs though.

I love our lab.  When we take him anywhere in the car he sits in my lap and licks my makeup off my face.  He won't sit anywhere but my lap.  I've tried to drive so Johnny can take care of him but he still wants to sit on my lap and I can't manage to see the road around him.

I love a big ole lap dog and if I were 5 years younger and single I'd ask Matthew on a date.  He'd have to bring Bandit of course.

thanks sheri.  matthew would bring bandit, but bandit's daddy wouldn't let him.  matthew would take you though.  in a heart beat.  he loves being around women.  of all ages.  and i'll tell mom you said that.  she is very pretty when she isn't frowning about something.

only think about matthew, sheri, you'd have to get in line.  that boy has more women clamoring for his attention than he can shake a stick at.  pun intended.
