i will write anyways, tho late.
Africian violets, grow like weeds once you get the hang of them.
I use af potting soil and make them crowded in the post. Dont over water. keep out of direct sun.

Mine are in a sunny window and doing very well. This is the best they have ever looked so there is no way I am moving them.
The only small problem...
They all bloomed purple. I think I mixed up my seedlings.

My av grow continously. They like being on the dry side .
I use av soil an put then in a corner on the side of the window. No direct sun. Had so many I tossed.
