That is the first shrub to bloom in the fall and I think the prettiest. The flowers are so fragile so they're not good for cutting and putting in a vase like the other camellias I have. They fall apart at the slightest touch. And that's what I'm looking at right outside my back porch window when I'm sitting at my new table.
