Packing up things this morning.  Will be heading down to pick Aunt Bonnie up about 2:00.  Of course we will visit with her a bit before we head over to Lagree's house.  Might even go out to eat before.

We will start a new topic to summarize the investigation once it's complete.  I'll put a link here when we do so you can find the pictures, etc.

Good luck on the ghost hunt. It would be cool if y'all caught something with your equipment. Looking forward to the pics.

Well Bonnie, Jim and Dianne, showed up and did the investigation.  They are still going over the data they collected, so we will see what they come up with.  I really enjoyed having them and visting with them.  Dianne brought me a beautiful poinsettia, that I now have sitting next to the fireplace.  I look forward to visiting with them again and investigating.

I haven't checked my pictures yet. I am trying to get my cord for the computer to work, but for sure we found an immaculate house, filled with beautiful antiques, a delicious home made pound cake and warm hospitality. I just love Uncle G's house. Thanks Uncle G.

Still reviewing the pictures.  I got some strange footage with the video camera that I will need to clip so that I can upload it.  It's probably nothing but it is different from all the others.  I haven't reviewed the EVP session either.  Doesn't appear that I got anything at all in the still shots though.

I would have stayed in the garage, even it was super nice. I finally got to go through my pictures, but I didn't get anything. I do believe you have something there from everything you say, but unfortunately ghosts don't perform on comand. Did we stir anything up?

The lights in Kitchen were on when I got home from work Monday.  I think we may have disturb it a little, hopefully we will have better luck on the next investigation.

That can be frustrating, but it happens. Spirits can be like stubborn children... :grinnnn:

Did you all sense any presence?

There is one time that I thought I felt something, but I believe it may have been anticipation of the event itself. :wink5:

I thought we would have to drag Aunt Bonnie out of there, kicking and screaming. Lagree has a beautiful home that could rival any in the home decorating magazines that are sold...:)

I am still waiting on Jim to edit the film and post it... :waiting:

BTW, Lagree makes a wonderful pound cake, too... :542:

Ok I finally got NERO 10 figured out and working properly so I'll post a bit of a summary here of our investigation while the first clip is uploading to YouTube.

This investigation took place on 11/20/2010 in Bonneau, SC.  This was at the home of Lagree (UNCLEG), one of our members.

Those present for the investigation were Dianna, Bonnie, Lagree and myself.  We arrived at the location at approximately 8:00PM.  Outside temperature was 54°, relative humidity was 100%, with the barometer at 39.29 and rising.  The wind was calm.  The moon was full and the solar activity was normal, quiet.

Lagree gave us a tour of the house and pointed out the locations that he had experienced some things that were unexplainable.  We set-up our equipment and went lights out at approximately 8:45PM.

We set one wireless IR camera pointed toward the kitchen doors where you could see the cabinets on the right where Lagree has some lights that turn on and off by themselves.  You could also see the doors that open and close on their own.  The videos that will be included are all from that camera, labeled Kitchen.  We each had our own digital cameras and I had an opportunity to do an EVP session when Bonnie, Dianna, and Lagree were in the backyard.  I did not get anything significant during the EVP session.  We used several K2 EMF detectors during the night without any positive indications.  None of the photos that I took had anything significant in the content.

We turned the lights back on approximately 9:45PM and then tried "Frank's box" for the first time during an investigation.  I video-taped that and have not watched it, but I think it's usefulness was inconclusive.   Aunt Bonnie recorded the session on a voice recorder so maybe she will weigh in as to what was on that if anything.

Ok here is the first video.  It is the longest.  Be sure and watch it closely to see the different orbs.  I don't think any of these shots are conclusive there there is paranormal activity.  The only reason I posted the video is because I think they are interesting.  The movement and brightness of the orbs changes from time to time and that caught my eye.  What do you think?

Here's the next one.  It seems as if there were lots more orbs in the first one that the latter.  I have one more video to render and that does it.

I saw orbs in the first one. Didn't notice any in the other two. I will have to watch again in a bit.

There was a marked difference in that area in temperature, but I attributed it to the glass doors. Maybe not?

OK, I've  watched these several times. I do now see orbs in all of them, though much more so in the first one. Aside from that, I am seeing something in all three videos which might be easily explained by those that were there, or those that were operating the equipment, but... on top of the cupboards about half way down on the left, I swear I see an oversized cat's head that moves. I see it in all three videos, in the same place, which suggests there's an explanation, but I see it.

I really don't know how else to explain what I'm seeing. It would be directly above the microwave. And its whitish/cloudish looking but shaped like a cat's head, but would be a really really big cat if it were one. I might have to check these videos out on the other computer.

OK, I watched these on my other computer and still see it. Maybe Jim, Dianna, or Bonnie will weight in on it.

Jim, have you thought about leaving that camera set up all night? There seemed to be a lot of orb activity in there.

Yeah I thought about it but remember it is streaming video to a laptop set up as a DVR.  With the resolution that I set, the first file was quite large and would easily fill a 160 Gig hard drive in a few hours.  I think it would factor out to about 1.4 GB for every 30 minutes.
