Bathroom Vanity Top

<< < (6/7) > >>

duh:
I exchanged the mirror.  And got two pieces for where the tile transitions to the linoleum and carpet.  Those strips cost me 67.00 bucks can you believe it?

duh:
Ok, so far today the water has been hooked up in the bathroom.  The refrigerator and stove have been removed from the kitchen and it's ready for the floor to be torn up.  I'm taking a break at the library so as not to get in randy's way.  We do talk when we are together.

I've decided that when I have the money next I'll stucco the ceiling and paint it a cream color like the tiles on the floor.  I still haven't decided about the wall color yet.  I'm leaning toward the blue color in the tiles.

bestofour:
duh are the strips the same as thresholds?  Is 67.00 a little or a lot?

sounds like you're making great progress.

What is the ceiling now?  flat paint? popcorn?

duh:
Yes I think so.  And 31.90 for a 7' 10" piece of routered wood seems way to high for me.  The ceiling is currently popcorn with a huge noticeable patch where the skylight was.

duh:
Well the vanity isn't new anymore.  It bubbled where the water sat on it yesterday while I wasn't home.
