Very pretty.  Our stuff is burnt up.  No matter how much I water the leaves are scorching.

Here's an update of the deck, with 2 of the 11 privacy panels built, and we added a flower bed around the bottom of the deck, to add the plants and vines we want for privacy.

We have 9 more panels to build....but it gives you an idea of how it will look when its done.

Here are some updates from the weekend and our deck building.........

Here is the back door, and this will be closed in with a panel....

We added the bars over the weekend, Brad made them, and this is where the new steps will go

Down this side is the last 16 feet of flower bed that we added...

Behind the BBQ and chaise..we are 5 deck boards short to the floor being totally finished...

Two more deck panels to go, down this side...

A close up.....

This looks so nice, Penny. And it should give you a little more privacy from the school behind you too. Going to get an all-over tan? :grinnnn:

Tina's right, we bought the cedar 2x4's for the top and bottom of the panels, and then used 2x6's for the strips, which Brad put through the table saw, and built them that way.
Takes alot of time to rip them through the table saw, but the end result is worth it.

Thanks everyone.
