GMO crops .. what are your thoughts? The more I read the more I try to avoid. Just wondering what the majority is out there

I avoid. I want them labeled more clearly too. Genetically modified anything should not be able to have organic in the labeling.

It scares me, Ariel, to think of how our food gets to the table now and the chemicals added to it...

A genetically modified organism (GMO) or genetically engineered organism (GEO) is an organism whose genetic material has been altered using genetic engineering techniques. These techniques, generally known as recombinant DNA technology, use DNA molecules from different sources, which are combined into one molecule to create a new set of genes. i think they are trying to push them under the guise of it is just a different type of hybridization.  but they are using things that cannot naturally cross breed.  that is my problem.
