Topic: mom's mutts

they aren't really mutts...

here is mom with her latest acquisition.  this is bear, a mini-pom.  he was scott's sister's dog and chris moved and couldn't take the dog with her so mom brought him home with her.


and this is buddy and scott.  buddy is a shih tzu that mom got years ago (he's 9).  buddy and bear get along well but bear is not as well socialized with people as buddy is.

Cute ankle biters!. I look at fur like that and then look at all the dried weeds outside my yard. Does she spoon feed the new one too?

tina, she does.  but she is not doing it as much for either of them, with 2, she is having to make some concessions

dianna, that is my other mother.  but i just call her mom.  my mother was momma, but she's been gone almost 22 years.  so mom is the only one we have.  and i love puppy dogs too.

but a story on the dogs...buddy doesn't normally "like" me.  mostly he is indifferent, but over all, i am not his favorite person (he's not snappy though).  when we got there, i sat down and buddy made a bee line for me, jumped up in my lap and had me petting him before i knew what was happening!  first time in his life he wanted me to hold him! it was cute.
