Topic: HELP! I overwintered my tomato plant...

   How long should each cutting be.  And should I put them in pots first or directly into the tires?  And when should I fertilize them?  Should I amend the soil with epsom salts now or wait until later?  Inquiring minds need to know.  Thanks for any help.
