hahahahaha.  You're one of us :)

Have you read This Tender Land by William Krueger?  I just finished it for my book club.  Pretty good.

Right now I'm reading Eight Perfect Murders and loving it.

Sheri, eight perfect murders crossed my desk a while ago and I remembered you mentioning it. I think I'm going to try to get it tomorrow.

If you haven't read the 8 books mentioned in it try to do that first.  I think it made it better.  I liked it alot.

Well, last year I started David Baldacci's new series, about Atlee Pine, a female FBI agent. I really liked book 1, "Long Road to Mercy. The second book want as good as the first, but not bad. The 3rd book go to the library on Monday,  and I'm disappointed. I feel like he left out a chapter. Between that and not really being in the mood for it anyway, I've put it aside and I'll try again later. I only got about 40 pages in.

My co-worker read it and said she thinks it's just my mood. She saw the problems with it to start with, but she said they worked themselves out quickly. I'll try again when my turn comes up again. There's a waiting list for it.

I read "The Grimm Legacy" by Polly Shulman. It's really good. I stayed up late to finished it.

I finished David Baldacci's newest Atlee Pine book, Daylight. It was good, after the first chapter. It was a slow starter. But the series is good, and I want to finish it.

I also started Eight Perfect Murders. I'll be turning it in, then getting it again later. If I think I'll like a bok, but it doesn't grab me on the first run, I'll try it again.

I'm also working on a juv (middle school) series by Angie Sage called Septimus Heap. The first book is Magyk, and it was one of the slow starters for me, but I enjoyed it the second time I picked it up. I'm finding that it's the same with the second book in the series, Flyght.

Did I tell you I read Eight Perfect Murders?  I did it with a Goodreads group.  First we read each of the 8 books by themselves then read Eight Perfect Murders.  Was fun.

I just finished Lonesome Dove and right now I'm reading Christmas at The Mysterious Bookshop.
