Signing up at this website is suppose to get you e-mail of great ebook deals.  Like popular books for free or deeply discounted for a limited time.  I don't do ebooks but I was wondering if anyone knows anything about this?

there are a few places like that.  bookbub, and several more. i've gotten ebooks from them. most are kindle so you have to have an amazon account to get them, but there are others that don't require amazon.  it just depends.
