Hot and muggy (heat index yesterday was 105 - didn't look today) with afternoon thunder showers. The norm this time of year for here.

First day in 2 weeks without rain. Should have another tomorrow (hopefully) though the temps with the heat index will be over 100. Rain to move back in on Fri and stay for at least another week. All this rain is not normal for this time of year.

it was horrible with the storm yesterday. we lost phones for a few hours and internet for the night. but today, it was just hot and muggy. lots of thunder, no rain, and no visible lightning. supposed to be another day the same way tomorrow

Rained some this morning, has been overcast the rest of the day. It is VERY muggy, high of 86 with a heat index of 100.

Is your a/c not working?

It got up to 103 with heat index before the storms moved in early afternoon. Drastically cooled down and I think the storms are now gone ... for now.

A/C was out, but now is repaired. I still feel hot.

We are supposed to have storms starting tomorrow evening. Figures, because this is a work weekend for me.

It is 84.9 outside right now with a heat index of 93.7.

Poor Jim. I hope I am able to ride the tractor or mower soon.

it's been raining off and on for the last 2 days and tomorrow and saturday it is supposed to be horrible. but sunday is supposed to be clear. i'm praying it is!

No rain today High with heat index 108 - without 96. Oppressive.supposed to be more of the same tomorrow. Then rain Sat. & Sun with a cold front coming in. Will cool us off somewhat, but not for long.
