Been hot and muggy here, upper 80s, but at home they've been cooler and again have rain/storms coming in. Hope everyone's tarps hold.

It was 74° today and is supposed to be 60° tomorrow. It needs to get cold because the horrible lady bugs came today. They usually come the first of October so I'm hoping the cold will kill them.

Well you have cold coming, Sheri (according to the news). We even have cold (relatively) coming. Not today though. Today's high is supposed to be 87.

a/c on for the 3rd or 4th day in a row, but not much. i had the door open this morning and ceiling fans. but it is supposed to cool off tonight and tomorrow and we'll need heat again tomorrow night.

Another hot and muggy here. We aren't supposed to cool down until next week. They've already cooled down at home.

I'm tired of the rain. It seems we have it about every day now. Gloomy, cloudy, wet and cold days make me want to just stay in bed! We are supposed to have rain today and then dry out till Monday but get lots colder.

the colder is here. the heat is back on. it's going to be in the upper 40s tonight. i'm not ready for that.

I'm with ya Jim. It has rained her all the live long day and is still raining. Downtown Charlotte (or uptown as the more sophisticated say) is flooded.

Still mild here but temps are to start dropping tomorrow and continue dropping on Fri. Will warm back up to 70s on the weekend but I think we are done with the 80° days.

Cooler this morning here too. Freeze warning for tomorrow morning. The rain is supposed to move out today and no rain forecast for next week. We might see some sunshine on Friday!

Temps definitely dropped. It is currently 60° and will be 40 by morning. PC is already at 40 and is under a freeze watch/warning. Went from way above average for this time of year to way below avg in 24 hrs. Cold front definitely came through.

Sunshine is back but still had a few sprinkles on Sunday afternoon. Should be dry now till Saturday/Sunday after Thanksgiving.
