News - Upgrading this weekend

FYI - I will be upgrading the forum this weekend sometime.  Once complete, you will need to login again as some of the security calls have been updated.  I've got a few tweaks to fix before I can run the update but I will get it done this weekend.

Once complete the version number will go from 2.0.15 to 2.0.17.
