Same as yesterday. Humidity will be back tomorrow and all next week is supposed to be dangerously hot. Over 10 without the heat index. They will be opening cooling centers beginning Saturday.

74 degrees, the coolest it's been in months, even at night. But it's cloudy and has been 100% humidity all day. That hurricane weather for you. Storm is mostly gone and we only got 3 inches of rain and no wind. A friend about 40 miles west of us got 11 inches of rain.

Glad to hear that Jen. I was concerned. The storm totally missed us. We got about 3/4 of an inch of rain yesterday from the feeder bands and nothing today. No wind, just light breezes.

We had surprising cooler temps today (upper 80s) than predicted and it looks like we'll have them for the next week. Of course the hurricane can change that up or down...

Upper 80s. Heat index upper 90s. Come Sunday, humidity is to drop and we will below to mid 80s with night time lows in the 60s!
