The high was supposed to be 79 and they said it was 77 at 5pm but if I had to hazard a guess, I'd say it wasn't not that 73

Again, rinse & repeat. It will be that way until the rain comes this weekend. I'm enjoying the relatively cooler temps (mid 80s) and moreso the low humidity levels.
