Beautiful menagerie that you have, Sarah. :grinnnn: With the size of your pups, no wonder you had to have another house. They are huge!

Hey, Sarah, I love seeing pictures of all your critters, they are so cute!    Hmmm, I don't know if Vanna is upset that Izzy is on her rug, maybe she is jealous that all the dogies got toys and the kitties didn't.  :(

Oh, have no fear, Patti!

Nothing in this house is without toys. The cats, birds, and even chinchillas all get new toys on a regular basis. In fact, Mike's grandma even gets them toys.  :giggle:

This is why every cat should have a pot of cat mint...

First, she looks around. She doesn't want anyone to witness her loosing her cool...

Then, a light rubbing...

Then, all pride goes, as she climbs right in.

All pictures were taken from inside the house. If she even THINKS someone is watching, she won't do it. :laughmao:

Sarah, that is so cute.   I had some catmint last year, but Boogie Bear does not go outside, so I don't know what he would do with it.   :dunno:

Oh, Patti! You have GOT to give him some. My indoor cats get a handful every now and then...they LOVE it. They roll all over it, then carry it around with them. :grinnnn:

Geesh, Sarah, do you have to dry it like catnip is?  :dunno:  Will he eat it, and if he does will it hurt him?   :SmileyQmarks:

I don't dry it, just give it to them fresh. I use to grow catnip, but they loved it to death all the time. :naughty:

Cat mint won't hurt them, plus, being mint, it is a pest plant, and almost impossible to kill.  :banana02:

Cute pics of your cat, Sarah. :grinnnn: I wonder if she will scratch you when she finds out that not only did you take pics of her being undignified, but posted 'em for the world to see, too! :laugh1:

Is there such a grass that pups would like?

You bet she will! :laughmao: She does every now and then, anyway, just for fun.

Dianna, maybe oat or wheat grass...does Angel have grass she can chew on out in the yard?

She chews on the grass out in her little yard when her tummy is upset. I think it is just a field grass of some type...

Thanks, Sarah, I will try it if mine comes up this year.  ;)  I hope you're right about it being impossible to kill.   :rofl1:

Dianna, I found this link that talks about a special type of grass that dogs like:

Sounds neat!

I gave the chinchillas an oatmeal tube to play with. They were so happy! I tried to get a good shot of both of them playing with it, but they do NOT like to have their picture taken.

Sarah, chinchillas are so cute and their fur is awesome.  :yesssss:  I had some friends many years ago who raised them.  ;)  Are yours male and female?   :SmileyQmarks:  Any chance we'll get to see some babies?

No babies here. These are two boys that didn't have homes any more. You would be suprised how many there are in shelters and rescue groups.

People get them, thinking they are cute, but don't do their research, and fail to learn they live 20+ years. They are a long term pet.

The boys got a new cardboard box today...in their world, that's the best toy ever!

By morning, not much of the box will remain, just shreds. Cheap toy!

And, here's a shot of their whole cage...

That is the coolest cage that they have.  Looks like there is a lot to keep them busy.

I heard somewhere that dogs like anise. I googled it and found this.

I think I've figured out why the one pot of basil is not doing so well.  :laughmao:

That is too cute.  Cannot imagine why the basil would not like all of that warmth though.  :grinnnn:

I finally got around to having Mike take some pics of me with my horse, Percy. I've had Percy for 18 years now.
