i'm planning on wood burning popsicle sticks for my plant stakes this year. What do you plan on using?

Well for labeling my plants, I intend to set all my plants in position, then make up a map of the garden with detailed labeling. That is the only labeling I do. I grew about 25 tomatoes last year and knew each of them by name from the get go. I'm not much a labeler.
As far as staking goes, I use florida weave for my tomatoes. My peppers just get a big stick shoved in the ground near them and then the upper part of the stalk loosely tied with twine to the stick. Cucumbers are grown on a trellis (just a roll of fencing cut to length), I suppose that is pseudo-staking.

I keep alot of the stakes that the plants come with when you buy them, and if its not the same variety, i still use the stake but mark the name on it.

No stakes here, I plant and then get excited when it not only comes up but blooms as well.

Me too, Triss. I like surprises.

I use what comes with the plant, stick it in the ground, hope it stays. I use cages for my tomatoes and cukes.
