How the road and my car looks this morning. More freezing rain on the road than car.

That road looks like a sheet if ice! It was cold here this morning. The outside temp was 34 when I woke up but by the time I got started to work the temperature on the truck said 29. I had to scrape ice off the windshield. It definitely wasn't frost. We are supposed to have another cold night tonight with about 32 for the low and then start to warm up some.

What a change, temp is 42 I think and light rain, breezy at times.
Freezing rain is gone, snow that we had last week is slowly disappearing with this warming. But do for more snow sometime Wednesday and lasting all weekend, so they say (weather people).

It's going to be 70 here this weekend. Wonder if that will be a record.

The rains are gone but the winds have arrived. Cool winds. It is 55* outside and that will be our high today.

Supposed to be 70 by the weekend here too. We had sun today!! First time in about a week. Too bad I had to be at work. It's supposed to cloud back up with 20% chance of rain but warm more each day. It hit 60 today.

In a couple of days we are to get really, really cold. An arctic front is making a beeline for us. Maybe rain/snow associated with that cold. Time to really stock up on firewood.

It is sunny here today without wind. I'm happy when it's not windy because it seems like the wind has blown non stop for months.

Jim, at the time of the photo, came close to stepping in the wrong area and could have slid down the road, there was gravel on the road and that may have stopped me somewhere.
Now, cloudy, 47 I think it had last check, breezy at times, was wrong about my comment last post, snow will only happen on Wednesday and Thursday, no idea how much were expecting.

Our high today was 74.5°. With these temps, I am going to have to put some bleach in the pool to keep it from turning green. No rain yet but they were saying 40% for tomorrow. Not sure what they are saying now but it's starting to look a bit gloomy outside even though it isn't very cold.

Lots of fog this morning that will hopefully burn off soon. At 11:50 it is still here. Not quite as thick as earlier but still hanging around. We are supposed to get to 75° today.

Hi of 83° on Saturday. I thought I was going to have to turn the AC on but it has cooled down in the house tonight. Supposed to be another spring/summer like day tomorrow.

Another cold day in Ca. Crops are in danger here. But right at my home, we did not get down to single digit temps forecasted for us. Just to 25*. So it is good.

Today's high was 77. It is currently 72. As much as I dislike cold weather, I do hope we get a deep freeze for a few days at some point this winter or the bugs are going to be killer this coming summer.

We did too. Broke a record high on both Saturday and Sunday. The record high for today is 77 and the prediction is 79. Like Jenn our temps are supposed to get back closer to normal by the end of the week. Highs in the 50s and lows in the 30s.

Yes, it is time for my side of the teeter-totter to go up. We had had some cold records broken for dates here. And although it should rise some this week it looks like it will go down as a record cold month.

yep. got there here today too. and is supposed to go down to 29 again tonight. which means that we have to drip again :razberry: but it is supposed to warm right back up. and start raining (only 20% but it is looking like it will happen). i'll take cooler days to get warmer nights.
i am with sheri though, i'd like to get rid of some of the wasps, yellow jackets, etc. i had one fly up to my hand today, i didn't see what it was and batted it away, it flew off and as it did, i noticed it was a yellow jacket. that could have been ugly... thank goodness i'm not allergic.

Was in the 20's during the night and since we live on a hill our driveway was a solid sheet of ice. It's 40 now so everything is melting nicely. The birds are happy we got food out for them yesterday.

75 @ 3:00 p.m. I have my windows open and its almost too warm were it not for the breeze.

It was 79° upstairs a little while ago so I turned on the air. I didn't have the heat on today so it must be really warm outside. We're supposed to have really high winds but I don't think it's happened as yet.

It was warm (75ish) and muggy yesterday outside and by the time I went to bed it was over 80 inside and I was sweating so the a/c came on. It was the same today until a little after 4 when the temps dropped 10+ degrees in about 20 minutes. Yet my house was over 80 again when I got home, so the a/c came back on, It'll get turned off again in the morning and hopefully I won't need it again for a while. The temps have dropped significantly outside and the rain has subsided for the most part as well as the high winds.

It is butt freezing cold out there. The weather channel on my phone says it's 42°, feels like 34° and the high is going to be 41° which makes no sense because it's already 42. All that said it feels like it's below 0 and the wind is fierce.

We got some much needed rain yesterday like most everyone did. The last time I looked, we got 1.06 on Monday and so far today have .40. The sun is shining now and and it's not bad out even though there is more rain on the way. The forecast is calling for another inch of rain tonight with it finally moving out tomorrow morning. We needed the rain.
By Sunday morning we will be back to winter though with a low of 29°. :freezin:

And we are warming up throughout the week. There was a freeze warning this morning but I think the last for the rest of the week. Looking forward to getting a break from the cold.

Continues to rain off an on. Some areas around me got 2" of rain yesterday, and we even had hail. Another line of severe weather is supposed to come through tonight and we're supposed to be back to winter temps by Fri. Even down to freezing at night.

Still drizzling today but we should be about through with the rain for now. Weather man said this morning that we might see a drizzle or two on Saturday and in fact if it's during the night it might be a flurry. NOT! We don't want any snow!
Water standing on both sides of my driveway yesterday when I got home. One of the drainage ditches was stopped up and it started to drain into the larger one after I removed a few leaves and debri.

Our cold front is supposed to move in about quitting time today. It was 69 when I woke up this a.m. Tomorrow's high isn't supposed to hit 50.

theoretically, the weekend will see us back in winter, i'll have to feel it to believe it. although it is a bit cool in the upper 60s with lots and lots of water laden cloud cover but no rain.

It felt like winter here this morning. I had to go in early for some employee meetings and finished up about 8:30. It was 36° as I made my way back to the office. That was a bit cooler than I anticipated.

It's 46° today but without wind it's very nice. Our high is supposed to be 55° but it's already after 1 so I don't think we're gonna make that. Tomorrow is supposed to be 64°. I like the cold when it's calm. I can breath better than in the heat.

Our cold front has come through sooner than expected. It is currently 47° and I doubt it will get much warmer today. That is actually about 8° cooler than it was this morning. No one was prepared and we all only had light jackets this morning. Some had no jacket.

53 or there about, but gloomy and while not particularly cold (i had on a sweatshirt and that was enough) it is miserable. not outside weather at all. supposed to get down to 36 tonight. blech.

I need to break out my rain coat cuz the weather person said the rain would stop and 1:00 and it hasn't and I just heard it's supposed to rain all day Monday and Tuesday of next week.

We're supposed to have a break tomorrow, then more storms on Monday. But supposed to be back to sunshine for the rest of the week. Rain is good. This much rain in this short of time is not. We have lots of roads under water and rivers are at or over flood stage.

I slept through whatever we got. There are several schools closed due to road flooding in surrounding areas. Right here we seem to be ok. The rain has stopped and looks as if the clouds are on their way out. But its cooler now. Supposed to be cold by the end of the week.

colder than i like, and while there is only a 10% chance of rain, they are saying if we do get any precipitation tonight or tomorrow night, it will be white :razberry: i don't like the white stuff.
