why won't my laptop connect to my home wifi?
-
Your wifi is most likely password protected so anyone around rhe neighborhood can't connect. so you have to get the wifi to recognize the laptop.
-
Not really a network person.
But, when I give access to wireless here, I give them whatever is listed for WEP 64-bit.
-
Does your laptop "see" your home wifi? If it does, when you try to connect what is the error you are getting?
-
Jim, I have to confess the error I'm getting is "you're a dummy and putting in the wrong password." :)
