33 @ 8:30. Tonight's low supposed to bew 25. We hit 40 today and the snow is mostly gone. Just a patch or two here and there. SAtill some icy patches on the roads.

I missed the second part of your question, William. I've never in my life seen snow on the gulf coast like they had it. And i was born there. And I've lived outside Savannah Georgia for 30 years, and this is the first time the snow has stuck more that 24 hours. Snow down here is rare and it sticking like this is even more so.

William, I'm in the FL Panhandle and it's the first time in almost 40 years we've had snow that stuck. Currently 30° @ 8:45 p.m. Snow almost all melted. Glad it's over. Still freezing temps through the weekend though. Will be better next week.

You must be very cold. Jim's weather station shows 15 around 10:25pm EST.
Does the south get snow sometimes or is it rare?

26. Supposed to get into the teens tonight. Officially we ended up with 5.55 inches of snow. Most melted today but the ground is still covered and what's left is now ice.

Been snowing here since about 4. We have over 3 inches so far and snow is to continue until about midnight. It was 28 at 8 p.m. with windchill of 18. The kids have been out playing in it, but not me. Hope they don't get sick. Chloe is so susceptible.
