it was about 8-9 inches long, the biggest one i've ever seen in the wild in georgia!

:giggle: that would be funny! matthew pointed them out to me, there were 3 of them, but that was the only one who was still enough for me to take a decent photo. there was a little green one (bright green) not far from it, but not on the tree with it.

wonder what kind of lizard that is. We have little lizards around here and sometimes they get in our house and I pick them up and put them back outside. I'm not picking that thing up.

i am pretty sure it is some kind of skink. i haven't looked to see if i could identify it. lizards eat pests, so i let them live unmolested.

well, my thought is... if i'm a pest, and he's my child, then he's a pest, and since he's younger and therefore should be more tender, the lizard should go after him first, right? hysteria
