It won't accept my username and password. I'm wondering what the problem is. I'm thinking that I used a different e-mail address as my username and maybe confused the system. Or maybe it's that I don't know how to set up the Preferences window.
It asks for the Server, Port, UserName, Password. Is the Server the Company I use to get my internet from? Like Peoplepc.com?
And how do I answer the Port question?
Sorry I know so little about what I am doing.
