I have forgotten the name of this herb:
(https://www.southernspirithunters.com/smf/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fimg.photobucket.com%2Falbums%2Fv177%2Fbarleychown%2F2009085.jpg&hash=e6807eea62b83a27bcf39f28105c139798e238c9)
It has fuzzy, silver leaves.

Is it a sage?
-
Did you ever figure this one out? :ScratchHead:
-
if you pinch off a leaf and rub it between your fingers you'll know if it is sage.
-
Oregano.
-
Sadly it is neither sage nor oregano. It wintered over in zone 8, and has gotten bigger. I know it's an old fashion herb, but I haven't had time to sit down with an old herb book and figure out which on it is...
-
Could it be Horehound?
-
It very well could be! :grinnnn: I'll be sure to check for flowers next time I'm in the herb garden.
-
It sure looks like Licorice Plant, I have this variegated one growing in some of my pots this year, it trails and is beautiful ......
