Title: Santa Fe Crock Pot Chicken
Post by: bestofour on Oct 07, 2012, 10:20:16 PM
Ging fixed this while I was there and I fixed it last night.  Johnny liked it which amazed me.

I used one package of Perdue boneless, skinless, original chicken breast.

1 package taco seasoning

1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup

1 jar chunky, mild salsa (Ging uses hot salsa)

Crock on low for 6 hours.  Yummy.

Sounds good. How much is in the package of chicken? How many chick breasts? I don't have much Perdue here.

tina, usually 3-4 (maybe 5) if they are medium/large.  about a pound and a half.  if i am remembering right.  it is the 6"x8" styrofoam tray.

Thank you. I usually purchase bulk from my stores with between 10-12 breast halves per package. I mostly use those for chicken salad. I love thighs best.

There are 5 breasts in the bag that I buy.  And NO Dianna, no water.

Jen, it's not the tray.  These breasts come in a big, zip lock bag.
