If you are using Firefox 3.5, the latest release of Firefox you might want to read the following article:
http://voices.washingtonpost.com/securityfix/2009/07/stopgap_fix_for_critical_firef.html (http://voices.washingtonpost.com/securityfix/2009/07/stopgap_fix_for_critical_firef.html)
Be sure and read the entire article as it gives you a simple method to "plug" the security hole till Mozilla issues an update.
If you have any problems let me know as I have already done the fix.

I am not on the newer version of firefox yet. It is for the things they miss that I usually wait a bit before doing a browser upgrade but thanks for the heads up. Now I will put it off for a while for sure before upgrading.

Firefox 3.5.1 is out and it now patches the security problem. If you had followed the advice of the link, you will need to undo this after upgrading.
