This is an updated option.  I have removed the YouTube specific mod and installed a feature that is so much simpler and it supports video files from all these sites:

Some I have never even heard of. 

To embed a video in your post just copy the url from your address bar into a post and let the mod will do the rest.  For example this is a YouTube video.

and it automatically embeds the video.

MyVideo other sites (.be/at/ch/nl)

Clipser
Spike.com (Note, they don't allow some materials to be embedded)
Clipmoon.com
FunnyOrDie.com
Motionbox.com
Pikniktube.com
Blip.tv (They changed their links, now supportable)

Also this update:

Fixed Photobucket (for other types of flv urls)
Fixed Jeux-France (for other types of urls)
