It was a seed I planted , I have grape vines, I will compare the stuff.

Thanks . I lost the tags. Was carrying a tray of seedlings this spring an dropped it ......Guess what happened.

You have a surprise garden, Dodge. That is pretty cool, really. I haven't a clue about those leaves. The resemble several things but not quite right.

That looks a lot like a pagoda tree, Sophora japonica or Styphnolobium japonicum. But it could also be a walnut tree.

At that speed I'd say locus.  I have them all over and can't kill them fast enough.  They produce a runner root and spread like wildfire around here.

They should be able to tell you, either take in a small piece, or snap some pictures and take those in.

The first one is a grape vine. The second one looks like a Locust tree.
