Children of the Grave - Documentary
« on: Dec 31, 2007, 10:09:22 PM »
While browsing around some of the other paranormal forums that I visit I found this very interesting documentary that came out in Oct 2007.  I frequent the Missouri Paranormal Research forum and they are actually in the documentary.  I found these 2 trailer files on YouTube and all are a bit different so take a look at all of them.

Makes me want to see the complete documentary.  What do you think?

I can't believe that you haven't ordered it yet, Jim. I knew it was coming from me reading the MPR board, but for some reason, I thought it was coming out as a movie. I didn't understand that it would be something for television...

I can't wait to see it, but I think I will keep a box of Kleenex handy... :crying:

Poor, poor babies...

I'm not sure it is coming to TV.  It is available on DVD right now.  I'm thinking of ordering it.  I just hope it is a bit better than the Dead Whisper DVD that I ordered.  I would bet if it makes it to TV it would be on Sci-Fi.

Ok- when I clicked on the videos, it says "Sorry, this video is no longer available". :Crybaby: Any ideas where I can find them? Just do a search on YouTube??

Geesh,  I can't believe these worked for me.   It took a little while for them to load.  They do look very interesting, but they may be pretty sad.   :Crybaby2:

News Flash - I just found out the 2 hour documentary on Children Of The Grave will be shown on SciFi on May 7 at 9PM eastern.  I'll add a calendar event so we don't forget it.  I want to see this.

According to what I see on Google about Sky Digital, it is the same.  You should be able to get it if you have Sky Digital.

I want to see this one as well.  I am going to TIVO it though so I can watch it here on my computer, not something I want the kids to see at all.

Jim, If you cannot get it to work, I am going to TIVO it and I can transfer it to a DVD for you.

I've got a nice DVD recorder Aunt Bonnie got me for Christmas a few years ago.  My problem will be remembering how to hook it all up so that I am recording what I am watching.  I don't record off the TV that much.   :ScratchHead:

Thanks for the offer.

Good luck getting it working.  I need to set the TIVO to record it.  Will have to do that tonight so I do not forget it later.

I guess we will be missing the results show for American Idol this Wednesday. I have to say that I think this will be a lot more interesting, though....

Just a quick reminder, tonight is the night for the documentary.  We'll have to figure a way to record the documentary and watch the results or vice versa.

I am recording it while we watch other shows.  Will have to catch the AI results online.  I am a lil bummed that I will miss seeing Bo Bice sing but maybe I can figure out how to record that on one of the kid TV's.

Thought I would pop in and tell everyone on the east coast that we are watching "Children of the Grave" in just a couple of minutes. Guess you western coasters will be watching it three hours later... :grinnnn:

I was able to get it on DVD without a problem.  Was pretty good.  I really liked the format that they used.  Lots of EVPs and some interesting equipment that they were using.

Patti, one of the segments was in St. Louis.  Some place called Zombie Road, running along the river.  Sure had some interesting photos there.  I liked it.

I threw another DVD in and let it continue to record as there is another paranormal documentary on right after this one.
