Crock Pot Pork Chops
« on: Mar 11, 2008, 05:14:54 PM »
4 1 inch thick boneless pork chops
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
Oregano, Salt, Pepper, and garlic- all to taste
Dash of Worcheshire
1 tsp Creole Seasoning
1 tsp Thai Seasoning
Juice from one can tomatoes
1 med onion chopped.

Place pork chops in crock pot, mix all other ingredients well and pour over chops. Cook on high for 4-6 hours or on low until tender.

I usually serve with rice or egg noodles so you can use the sauce as a "gravy".

Geesh, this sounds good, Tonya!  I've been wanting to get some pork chops because I have a new recipe for creamed spinach that I've been wanting to try.  :yesssss:  Well, this will give me a reason to see if I can pick some up on sale this week!   ;)
