Topic: Post Length, Question

Hi Jim,
Are there any guidelines about the length of posts on the board?
Does it cause a problem if they are over a certain length?

I only ask as I have posted a couple of rather long ones this day or so and have had problems getting them uploaded, I thought it was just the board software as others have had problems but I was just wondering.....

Currently I have set a maximum of 50,000 characters.  That is actually quite a large post.  Anything over that would cause an error and wouldn't let you post it.

I think if a post went up that size you would be bored to tears before you'd read half of it....

I think that happens with about 2/3rds of mine lol.
