Bacon poppers

Whole jalapenos
Cream cheese
Bacon

Preheat oven to 350. Cut the top off the Jalapenos. Cut them in half. Dig the seeds out. Fill with cream cheese. Wrap with bacon (use tooth picks if needed to hold together). Arrange on pan. Cook til bacon is fully cooked. Serve and enjoy.

I love any kind of appetizer and these would be great for a party!    :yesssss:    I know all my friends who love my Nachos & Cheese smothered with sliced Jalapenos will really go for these.  ;)  Thanks for sharing this recipe, littlebrat!   :thx:
