some kind of tree? [Solved] Oak Hydrangea

My neighbor gave me two of these. She says they are trees and that they have flowers that sorta look like wisteria. Any idea what it might be?

Wonder if it is sycamore? I will have to take another look at ours tomorrow.... :grinnnn:

EDIT: I didn't notice that they flowered like wisteria when I read the post. Oh, well... :unsure:

I don't think it is a golden chain. I googled it and the leaves seem to be smaller. I wish it was that's a pretty tree.

Perhaps this will help, it is a doohicky that you put info in and it identifies the tree:  Tree Identifier.

Or maybe a Texas Mountain Laurel?

Nope it's not the Texas Mountain Laurel. Whatever this is it has leafs about the size of a fig tree. It acts like it wants to die, so I may never know. That is a cool web site, thanks.

Looks like an oak hydragea.  Spelling is wrong but you know what I mean.
